1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:
✔ Damaged or defective items
✔ Incorrect items shipped
✔ Unopened/unused products in original packaging

Non-returnable items:
✖ Perishable goods
✖ Personalized/custom-made products
✖ Intimate/sanitary items

2. Return Process

Step 1: Notify us within 7 days

Step 2: We'll authorize your return
→ Provide return instructions
→ Include all original packaging/accessories

Step 3: Ship back the item
→ Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility*
→ Use trackable shipping (we recommend postal/courier service)

*For our errors (wrong/damaged items), we cover return shipping.

3. Refunds

Approved returns:

  • Refund processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item

  • Issued via original payment method

  • Excludes return shipping fees (unless our error)

Denied returns:

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Used/opened products without defects

  • Missing original packaging

4. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. To replace an item:

  1. Return the original product per this policy

  2. Place a new order on www.vaalor.com

5. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Buyer's remorse (change of mind)

  • Minor packaging imperfections (if product is intact)

  • Products damaged by customer after delivery
